Season Ticket Refunds

With the club announcing that they will refund fans for the games that they cannot attend, would some fans want to waiver that refund to ensure we still have a healthy transfer budget for January?

Interested to know people's opinions, personally I would be fine with this.

Yes. As per other thread, if we all want refunds and this drags on beyond January , we are in trouble. I hope Lesley Griffiths doesn’t ask for a refund.

The days of the WST looking for money to survive, are no more.

We now have very wealthy owners, who are very good at bringing in extra revenue.

A game played behind closed doors 5 days before the transfer window opens will have no bearing on our transfer activity in January for three reasons :

1. The budget is already set and will be substantial due to our income from big sponsorship deals done over the summer and average 8,500 attendances

2. Contracts will have been agreed with most if not all targets by Boxing day. Formalities will be completed early in January

3. We have over 6,000 ST holders so that money is already in the bank.

FWIW, I wouldn't be overly bothered to donate the money to the club or a charity.

Although I’d be more than happy for the club to keep the £ - the lack of fans in the ground won’t knock our budget one iota.

These guys have serious £ behind them, it’s an inconvenience yes, but it won’t stop them spending in January.

I'm not bothered in what form - money off next year. , Access to streaming etc, but I want it back.

Money off next years season ticket for me, potentially another three home games in January could be missed if these restrictions carry on.

Yep. When I look around me here in Summerhill, it is ALMOST EXACTLY LIKE NAZI GERMANY
