Keeps us grounded after so much winning drama in recent weeks. Character shown to get right back in the game, we’re not going to win every game but not loosing is key if Stockport loose.

This puts serious pressure on Stockport, 21 to play for and the gap is down to 7.

Let’s hope Solihull steal a point and we get 3. If the gap is down to 5 when they come to us the pressure on them will be absurd.

If the gap is down to 5 when we come to Wrexham, we'll still have 6 points to play for after the match whereas you will only have 3. You need it to be less than that to put the pressure on.

Even if Mullin 'scalps us' we will have two games left to play and you will have one. You have the potential to have it down to 4 points if both teams win all of their games between now and then. The gap could be smaller if you manage to gain points somewhere else along the way.

We can afford to slip up more than once. Hopefully (from my POV) that won't be the case. Today we had one of those days that are bound to happen, fortunately you weren't able to capitalise.

By the way, I saw this as our most testing fixture for the run-in - in spite of us also playing Stockport again. I predicted a draw, so nothing that happened today changed anything - apart from Stockport losing, of course, which definitely helps ... ;-)

Challinor said he wanted a winning run to end the season after we took you apart in the trophy. The fact you’ve now lost 2 in such a small space of time makes it interesting. Apparently Cannon is suffering with a niggle he can’t shake off and challinor doesn’t fancy he him for 90 minutes. Sarc now missing for 3 games!
