Just wondering if anyone has ordered anything from the online shop recently and how long did it take to come? Is there still an issue with delivery times or had that all been sorted now?

I haven't had any problems recently. I ordered the third shirt on 18th April and it was delivered 2 days later.

I’m having problems too hattypothead. Ordered something a couple of weeks ago. Had a query on the delivery address and no response to three emails in that time. Given all the effort they’ve put into the Commercial side, you think they would have sorted out the customer service to go with it…

Same as others have said ref third shirts, ordered 2 and they arrived within a few days.
When Wembley range was available I ordered a scarf straight away and that order was pending for a while and then I read somewhere that orders for the Wembley range were not going to begin getting sent out until the 2nd May.

Ordered Wembley tshirt weeks ago, added boring wood program to the order as I missed it at game, they've taken the program off the order and refunded it, and the tshirt has been sent today, but the match program is still available online..... confused me that has!

Popped in before Southend game to get home shirt, asked if they had any XL in the back as there were no home shirts in the sho, they said they were sold out in XL, walked past after game spotted some home shirts out, so popped in to see what size they were... all XL, so got one, must've had a delivery during the game!

They're doing better but can still improve!
