At last, some common sense is shown by the authorities, but it was necessary for us to push the issue.

This can't be underestimated enough.

Its essentially shifts our whole transfer position.

We don't have to carry as many players 'just incase'. Someone gets injured we can now bring someone in and possibly even weaken a rival.

Rather than have someone sit on the bench all year.

The point being we don't need to care about the when...any gaps or weaknesses should be plugged immediately as they appear whilst there are still no spending caps
