Season tickets 🎟

Evening all,

Been away all week and arrived home to find only 1 of 4 season tickets arrive.
Is anyone else in a similar position and have they been advised what to do bearing in mind we have a match tomorrow?

Ring club shop in the morning and they should give a spare ticket(s) for your seat(s)

Have been away on holiday since last Friday with relatives checking my mail, missing 1 of 3 so far, rang the shop about 5 times a day since Wednesday to find out what to do, but no calls answered so far.

Only way round it for me is leaving our holiday let very early in the morning to allow time to call in person at the club shop before the rush, the wife is not happy.

Could your relatives who have been checking your mail pop to the shop first thing for you to get replacement tickets? It's going to be mad in the shop tomorrow I reckon.

I just wish they would plan and get this ticketing issue sorted as it’s a pain in the a***.

I’ll have to queue in the morning and hope they provide temporary tickets until they arrive.

A fair drive for them as well, a bit much to ask after looking after the house and the pets all week.

I had the proof of purchase in my wallet as well and expected the tickets to have arrived to be honest, the first two arrived last week.

Hoping to get to the shop before eleven, could be a long day.

I had proof of payment but they have no record of it on system !! Someone else now in my usual seat, tbf they have issued me a ticket out of good will but the matter is now in hands of accounts dept !!!

No

Not happy about coming home early and not spending the last morning on the beach with the grandson.

Took her to a couple of games in the 80s, she was not impressed ( surprised she still married me)

Just got back from the shop, a few in front of me with the same problem, new card printed, no wallets left though.
