Davies went missing today - demonstrated why he won’t play at the highest level. That game was crying out for someone to grab it by the scruff…Lee did it.

That's accurate i think. That performance is exactly what you want to see when you bring a player from leagues above.

Interesting to note Parkinson had a plan B, part and parcel of having a stronger bench this season. Ditched the long throws in the second half and tried to play it on the ground a bit more, as Plan A wasn't breaking down a very anti-football Eastleigh side.
Good to have more depth, and credit to Parky changing it up which he failed to do last season on a few occasions.
