The league don't see that, and that we could well be gone from their jurisdiction in a few months time. You would think they would be falling over themselves to accept and get on board the hype train - and leverage it themselves.

Likewise for other clubs our large new audience could be excellent for the new worldwide non-league footy nerd who wants a Wealdstone shirt or some Boreham Wood merch tat.

The national league have never had this focus and they are unsurprisingly rubbish.
I think the National League may find that there would also be a niche market for the Wealdstone/Boreham Wood kind of merchandise. There is definitely a quirky side to a lot of folks over here.

I would gladly pay the cost of a season ticket to be able to watch home matches via stream. That has nothing to do with BT Sports or the National League.
All of us diehard Wrexham fans would pay that much, which works out to about 16 quid a game. However, I think the market rate for events like this is considerably less (I'm guessing more like 10 quid, or even $10), which is what potential new fans will look at.

A breakdown of how much money Accrington made from streaming.
They keep all domestic revenue and 67% of international income and only made a couple of thousand in the 4th quarter of last season.

Can see why smaller national league clubs have no real interest in it.

you're right about the smaller clubs but demand for Accrington's game's would be tiny compared to ours .... that being said , I don't think it's really about the direct revenue from streaming this season , it's more about providing the growing potential audience internationally with the opportunity to follow us live - this will lead to continued increase for merchandise , which is likely to be far more significant .

Yeah there's clear direct and indirect income for us.
For, say Boreham Wood it would probably cost them money to provide the service under the EFL model. Although a revenue share sounds probable in the national league.
