Club Shop Online.

I’m hoping someone might be able to shed some light on my issue.
I ordered the blue away top at the end of August from the online club shop as the red one was out of stock. Payment was taken but I have still not received the shirt and I see that it is also now out of stock. I understand demand is high and that they are probably busy sorting more batches of shirts but I have phoned and emailed the club shop a number and of times but have had no response.
Anyone know when these shirts are expected back in or how I can get in contact with the club shop? I Don’t live in Wrexham so can’t pop in although I will be up for the Halifax game in a couple of weeks. Thanks in advance.

On a side note does anyone have any info on when the club shop might be getting anymore stock? Pretty much everything is showing as sold out on the website

Can only suggest to keep trying. The retail staff also cover the ticket side and whenever I have been in they have been flat out.

They do have stock of the shirts in at the moment. Can only presume they are showing out of stock online still due to not being updated or possibly allowing local supporters to purchase who may have missed out initially. Flip side of that - there are people taking advantage of this on eBay as recently highlighted. Hopefully you get through, sure they will get it posted out asap or put one aside for collection at the Halifax game.

They have most shirts in stock, I went in yesterday. Have most sizes in red, blue, third kits and a bit of leisure wear.

Yes, I went in on Tuesday. To my surprise they had all three shirt colours in and a good selection of sizes. Fixed up with the red shirt, but the white one is so tempting.


Not doing any red leisure wear this season - green or black.

I would ring them - the missus got me the away kit for my birthday a few weeks ago, looks like your order has either been missed or it's got lost in the post - either way I'd ring and they should be able to sort you out asap

Shop appears quite well stocked.

Whilst I was there the other day the lady on the counter was explaining that the club shop and website are run separately. Whilst the shop might have stock, they cannot fulfil online orders with it as they are received and dispatched from an external location, which I can only assume is Macron directly.
