WST - what is happening

So the WST finally held an AGM and now have a quorate board apparently but since that AGM I have seen or heard nothing.
Have the board any any meetings?
What is happening with the Racecourse lease?
Have they sent out requests for membership renewals as I haven’t seen one?

They don't have to tell you. But in the kop development planning application they have not been listed as a tenant.

WST Membership Renewal – Wrexham Supporters Trust

As of August this year the Trust held £170,000. of members funds.

As I understand it members who in the past have communicated by post with the Trust have not received any renewal details and thus are deemed no longer involved in the organisation - despite being members from day one.

Seems to be some confusion here between the proposed aims and the reality

By being a member of WST, you can help it develop its new role and purpose in:

• being the democratic and representative voice of the supporters of the Club and strengthening the bonds between the Club and the communities which it serves;
• achieving the greatest possible supporter and community influence in the running and ownership of the Club;
• promoting responsible and constructive community engagement by present and future members of the communities served by the Club and encouraging the Club to do the same;
• operating democratically, fairly, sustainably, transparently and with financial responsibility and encouraging the Club to do the same;
• being a positive, inclusive and representative organisation, open and accessible to all supporters of the Club regardless of their age, income, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexuality or religious or moral belief.
• being part of the Board to proactively discuss and actively assist in developing its role in the Club Advisory Board

The WST should be folded in my opinion and a new supporters group formed. Far too much has gone on for it to have any level of standing amongst the fans.

Send them a email and letter requesting it within 14 days.

If not in your account within 14 days send a letter before action giving them 14 days to pay up.

If not in your account, go to northampton small claims court online.
