Default 50+ points at the half way mark?

At the start of the season I would doubt that any Wrexham fans would have felt that 50 points at the mid-way stage of the season would be anything other than amazing.
With just 2 games to play to that marker, we already have 47 points, are averaging almost 2.4 points per game, have scored 53 goals and lost just 2 games, albeit away to 2 of our nearest challengers.
Apart from Notts County no other team has an averaged more than 2.0.
For those, like me, the glass is certainly at least half full.
For those who remember the "Fleetwood" season, I can appreciate some pessimism in what, once again, is developing into a 2 horse race.
With the depth of our squad we are a different prospect now and we will get promoted this season.

This. We've had a brilliant start to the season. If we've ever won our first 10 home league games and also been 3rd in the away form league I'll be amazed

Got to take your hats off to Nott's for sticking with us. Who will blink first ?

I’m still confident that we’ll finish in top spot.
A JD replacement and a couple of quality additions in the coming weeks and we’ll push on further.
As we know there’s a £1.5m annual prize of getting promoted, so invest further and ensure that we get the money next year , but it’s not my money, so let’s see.

Palmer and Mullin both had rare off days yesterday. What we didn't have was a serious threat to come off the bench. I rate Dalby but he's not an impact player for me. We need a pacey forward to come off the bench.

What a breath of fresh air. A positive post not hijacked by the armchair doom and gloom merchants. Just said exactly the same on reaction thread regarding points total. Perfect home form which is phenomenal. Doesn't matter where the points come from.

I think these posters are really desperate for us to do well but they can't handle the reality of football. This being the fact that that there are 23 other teams who want to beat you, in Wrexham's case, even more than anyone else

I'm convinced the loons are all people who have never played football in their lives. They can't have or they wouldn't be losing their heads over 47 points from 21 games
