Unless someone is unsettled but they've got a top manager who's their biggest asset. Think a club can make losses of upto 13M per year in the EFL that is inclusive of financial injection by owners. Think they're OK, much worse run and bigger debts owed by clubs.. as said only becomes a problem if owner calls in the debt, which is very unlikely !

The Key for Notts will be if they gain promotion. If they don't then losing £1.7 million a season is not sustainable. Huge pressure on their manager PP already knows if we don't gain promotion he will be sacked and has coped with that pressure pretty well so far.
The big advantage we have is whatever we spend is off set by our attendances and sponsorships before R and R need to put any extra monies in

Does he?It's not always so black and white surely. I think it's better if it's put as "should be sacked". Always a bit of grey somewhere.

Spot on. I know the numbers look big, but this a non-story. Ironically, we have suffered so much shi!t over the years that we are probably in our most stable financial situation for decades!

For what it's worth and despite the scare stories, I think both our owners are in it for the long term for the right reasons. By that I mean that when they do go, they won't leave us in the brown stuff.

A nice fee for Langstaff and a decent sell on clause will make the accounts look better!

Agreed - they are bankrolled.

Contrast with us. I know our owners have put in circa £3m, but our increased income will be covering our costs, and not the owners putting money in. I reckon anyway.

As others have said, as long as the owners are happy and not about to pull the plug then it doesn't really matter.

Those accounts are dated 30 June this year and things have gone pretty well on the pitch since then so I'd guess that gates and therefore revenues are up, presumably making the owners even happier.

Even if they got 1m for him it would hardly dent their cumulative debt.
