Default Roster changes since takeover

Thanks for the add, everyone. COYR. Been trying to make sense of how unprecedented the investment of Rob/Ryan has been over the last two seasons.

Not sure this list is complete or fully accurate, but this amount of turnover coupled with the sources where the new players have come from and the total overall budget for personnel is crazy for the National League, right? This doesn't happen ever in this league I can't imagine.

21-22
Phil Parkinson League One

Aaron Hayden League Two
Callum McFadzean League Two
Ben Tozer League One
Paul Mullin League Two
Liam McAlinden League Two
Bryce Hosannah League Two
Thomas O'Connor League One
James Jones League One
Ollie Palmer League One
Jacob Mendy National League
Harry Lennon League Two

22-23
Jordan Tunnicliffe League Two
Anthony Forde League One
Elliott Lee League One
Mark Howard League Two
Sam Dalby National League
Andy Cannon League Two

Squad not roster

To be fair and at this level most players are on one year contracts, so the further down the leagues you go the higher the amount of squad turnover you see.

So it’s not unusual to have this many new players.

The real difference is the amount of quality we have brought in.

Looked like Lee spent the last two seasons on partial loan to Oxford United and full season to Charlton Athletic. Cannon was on loan from Hull City to Stockport County, so yeah... I probably sourced that incorrectly

And, as you tangentially reference, the multi year contracts we're giving are a big deal too.
1. They wouldn't come from a higher league without them,
2. It gives us stability as we build a platform in advance for promotion from league 2
