That worries me too. We need someone who can come into the side immediately. We can't have another Cannon situation where there's a 2 month training camp before he even makes the bench.

He played for Bury in their final season before their demise (I was a season ticket holder there). He was a superb defender and made a significant contribution to Bury getting promoted (along side Callum McFazdean). He will be a fantastic addition to the squad and looking forward to deeming him play again.
