It would be good if you could set up an alert for when a ticket comes available, rather than just having to keep checking manually.

I emailed the club asking if they could alert / allocate to those who had applied for the ballot to save this scenario of randomly logging in and was told although "not a bad idea" the clubs system, or any other system available, doesn't have the ability for this.

My main frustration was I went on and there was a ticket for Swindon, I immediately selected for 2 tickets incase this was an option. It said no tickets and when I went back to just 1 ticket this had also gone.

Out of curiosity on the e-season ticket, does the QR code refresh with every game or is it the same for all season?

I live 80 miles from the Cae Ras, so was happy to 'sell' my Walsall ticket, hopefully to another true but less fortunate red and had the confirmation email but my account balance is still 0.00! Anyone able to throw any light on what is happenning, or am I misunderstanding what should happen/just being stupid?

It’s easy to beat the club on some stuff at the moment but I had an issue with a forwarded under 11 ticket from an absolute legend on here not allowing me to complete the transfer on my daughters account. I tried to call the club which I’m sure you can imagine was a nightmare as half the world are ringing the ticket line. I dropped them at email in the small hours of last Wednesday and Thursday at 8 am I’d had an email back from them explaining how they’d fixed it and it worked perfectly.

Can I assume that if all is available is 2 adult tickets, it is fine to use one of the adult tickets for a child?

I would be very surprised if it's not OK for a child to use an adult ticket.

In regards to my query and in the absence of someone answering my question on here, I emailed ticketoffice@wrexhamafc.co.uk and recieved the following reply :-

"The balance will appear in your account at the end of the season and will be redeemable off the cost of your season ticket renewal."

which set my mind at rest somewhat, however on logging into my account I now have a balance of £24!; whether this is as a result of my email or would have occured regardless, I can't be sure.

I have emailed back and suggest that they publicize this more widely, as there must be other ST holders in a similar position.
