In your 'Folder Controls' box, click on 'Inbox (x Messages)' which will unfold to reveal 'Sent Items (x Messages), click on that, which should then reveal those that you've sent. Hope that works.

Same with me mate, the message I sent you back isn’t showing, but hopefully you’ve received it

You have to actually change settings to save sent messages. Even if you do that now, ones you've already sent won't appear in there.
