When a loyalty system is introduced for away tickets brace yourself for the amount being sold on via Facebook etc. gotta build those loyalty points boys even when your not planning to go

I'm not pissed off that you hold that opinion, I'm just explaining why it's factually incorrect based on the demand we're seeing for the majority of away games.

I was pissed off yesterday when I missed out but I've done pretty well this season so far, so was probably due a kick in the nuts.

I wouldn't want to go back to the dark days of non League when I could get a ticket easily for any game going.

People that moan they can't get tickets are only really interested in Stockport, Tranmere and Shrewsbury away, they're the only games that have caused problems this season. Of our last 5 away ticket sales (Swindon, Forest Green, Harrogate, Accrington and Mansfield) all have been available for days before selling out, if they eventually did at all.

Just be honest and admit you're pissed off you missed out on tickets for a big away game that was oversubscribed and stop using 'inclusivity' as a way to get what you want.

Read my post again. As I said, low priority games that won't sell out would only be used for loyalty points. IE League cup games or Forest Green away.

This is common practice at other clubs.

Is it?? I've never heard of loyalty schemes which only count certain games. Happy to stand corrected.

This ultimately is the problem, everyone wants a loyalty scheme that is set up in such a way that benefits them.

When I googled most seemed to just give a standard points per game. I would have thought if you just picked a few games it would just make it easier to ticket hoard or just write off the cost of a few games.

Some people moan about people just wanting to go to Crewe, Tranmere, Stockport etc, but thinking back to me as a kid they are probably the only league away games I would have got to, not always either to make the Tuesday night games or travel to the likes of forest green. I have had my memories (luckily not struggling for ticket) at Shrewsbury. If a kid who rarely goes away gets the chance to have those memories instead of me, that’s absolutely fine.
