So work to start building the kop a minimum of 3 months time.

It’s an open air stand. Creating an atmosphere on there will be difficult- as we too well know from the Conference days

Work is always delayed as we’ve seen with the overall development so who knows. Blackpools temporary stand was meant to be there for 2 years and it’s been over 10.
