Seems a bit hit and miss.

How many do you have in your basket? If you've got more than 1 per membership than that'll be why.

Make sure you have assigned the tickets to members it's the first thing you need to do on the checkout page.

Its becoming a bit of a joke now. No emails and 1 hour notice on the website that they're releasing tickets.
