Useless E ticketing site!

Missed four chances this morning for a FG ticket, then bingo! Got a ticket in the basket! Woohoo! BUT then the sting, it was a full price one! My criteria doesn’t let me buy a full price one! I’m classed as a pensioner! Oh no, computer says!
Had to let it go! Aargh!
What a crock of shit #peterwynn!
So am sitting here poised!

I have managed to buy my parents adult priced tickets from the ticket exchange in the past no problem and they are over 65 category.

My daughter had that problem buying mine for Crewe. I've just turned 65 so she had to change my DoB to get it from the basket, then change it back for my ST renewal.

Computers they will never catch on!.

Didnt work today, ticket was in the basket, clock ticking, wouldn’t let me buy it, message about adjusting price. Couldnt do that, I suspect if I’d gone in and edited my DOB then it might have worked. Badically it wanted to charge me OAP price.

For info, I used to code websites, I made Llangollen first website back in the day. I used Word to generate the html! You do remember that?
The rule then and now was make the site user useable, this one aint!
Too many silly obscure error message instructions and it can’t cope with heavy traffic, like this morning, where at one point it crashed with the message try reloading the map.
So suggest you engage brain etc?
