He was in the pool in total fitness today with the rest of the first team,looks quite young but athletic . The other dark lad was also there,again with no ballast in sight, but to be fair all the team look very fit and said they are enjoying being at the right end of the league.

But it’s just a myth isn’t it, we don’t actually continually play hoof ball at all, we actually try to play the ball wide or into the channels, & sometimes (a little too much) look for that killer slide ball through the central defenders. Our problem mostly has been the inability to press in the opposition half for sustained periods here is where a player who can hold the ball up better & midfielders who are a little more mobile would be of huge benefit.
It seems you want us to bring in players to suit a style of football we don’t play! But I guess we could bring in a big man and “just hoof”, because what we’ve been trying to play all season has been a disaster eh? I mean just look at our league position.
