If there is any chance we can get Coddington (as the rumours suggest) we need to try and get him! The keeper position could be sorted for a few years then and our defence is more or less sorted with them on two year contracts.

It's like when we got Marriott, basically what had been a problem position for 3 or 4 years was then solved for the next 3-4 years.

Dibble did well when he had his chance but over a season I am not sure, we can't really afford to fart about with this vital position.

Yes fully agree but what worries me most is Dunn was brought in as a player/coach and he will be kept on by Keates no matter how many mistakes he makes.

Not quite sure as DK will need to replace Dunn to drop him and maybe he isn't happy with Dibble. I don't think I would class it as holding us back at the moment.

It wasn't costing us up until the Macclesfield game, it was our lack of goals costing us more!

It cost us yesterday though as we lost further ground.

Big rumour in the Maesgwyn pre-match that Dunn is leaving and Coddington is signing this week, once he's been officially released by Jimmy Floyd at Northampton. Only a rumour but I've already bought in to it because I desperately want to believe it. Neither imcubent is good enough.

Same source suggested that cash-strapped Hartlepool are willing to release Cassidy to us very soon.

The away game where we were handily placed.
A draw there would have been decent as it would have stalled them.

Since that game they've put some distance between us, and the 6 points they've gained on us is the difference at the moment.

So despite our blip we are still in it mathematically although the white flags have gone up on here!
Had a look at the table earlier and it wasn't as disastrous as I thought it would be, we can regroup this week and take it from there.
