Can't say I know much about him beyond his name ringing a bell as a Liverpool prospect but a player like David Raven looks exactly what we need as defensive cover. Good experienced player who would be more than capable of stepping in to cover Pearson or Smith.

With our game on Tuesday v Gateshead it doesn't leave much time to get other players in before the window closes. It will be an interesting start to the week

* He’s 32 but looks a lot older!!
* He’s a right back
* Refused reduced terms at CTC after relegation from the Scottish Premiership
* Well thought of on their fans website and apparently wants to peruse a coaching career

Haven't seen him play for a while tbh. He's fit enthusiastic and is very level headed-great attitude, Box to box type midfielder.

Thinking he's probably being looked at for next season myself.

Excellent feet, decent distribution. Very agile lad.

His height is an issue, doesn’t command his area and his shot stopping ability is questionable.

He’d be a real step down from sam Russell.
