Think hes got a year plus left. Like Akil he signed and then vanished from existence.

Deverdics is a tough one. Hasn't happened for him since he came here but could a new manager get better out of him?

Need two decent midfielders in and one of them has to be one who can control the game from the centre.

Upfront I don't think Quigley will be here next season and although hes has improved in his play Boden hasn't got us the goals so he has to go.

Leo Smith needs to go. He probably can't remember how to kick a ball!

It’s just if he doesn’t show up we are stuck with him! That’s the problem it’s a huge risk and money in wages wasted.

For me its do we play him in his preferred position of central midfield? What ive seen of him so far playing on the left would incline me to say no but with no reserve side to try this out its a difficult call to make as that would mean dropping Kelly who while not great has had some effect there.

I believe Roberts, Pearson, Manny and Jennings are under contract so that will be the basis of next year's defence and Wedgebury is contracted too so there is our defensive midfielder. Aside from those I would release Dunn not good enough and replace with Coddington if we can get him. Then basically a whole new midfield Wedgebury apart with attention to signing players who can retain possession and pass the ball something that's been missing all season. Then if we can get Quigley I would and he will need a partner with a bit of strength as Quigley looks isolated with boden/holroyd alongside him. Perhaps keep dibble as a back up to a new keeper raven as a back up defender and holroyd as back up striker and release the rest.

This thread is a waste of time if we get a new manager as I expect few of the existing team will be retained and he will bring his own winners in !
