8 games ago the decision was right for Davies to continue but it has now changed so we need to change with it. Its called adapting to the circumstances.

Not sure it was the right decision 8 games ago if I'm honest. The boost and bump a new manager would have given us would have propelled us onwards. Instead we've got a group of players that have probably over performed this season on a downward trajectory.

Top of the league 7 weeks ago but to read some peoples comments we are utter shit and everyone needs getting shot of.

The current form is gutting but the situation isn't as black and white as some people are making it imo. Ripping it all up and starting again seems like a ridiculous way to go.

General concensus appears to be that we're not very good but luck was with us for 35 games, our luck has finally run out and we are where we are. A disappointing season unless Lady Luck smiles on us again over the last two games.

Could it be that there were so much inconsistency by many teams this season being top was just a fluke and our true position would appear as soon as a few teams started to get their acts together ?
Our midfield has been lacking all season and appears populated by midgets ..
Our so called attack and remember Keates constantly stated he was happy with the 4 he said we had until reality hit him last Christmas , is very poor and it was obvious that we were not going to score the goals we needed.

Can we put the rumours to bed that we're definitely not getting John Still, retiring in a few weeks isn't he? And if he wasn't, why would he come this far north when presumably he's down south all his life, family, friends whatever down there.

Should be going for someone like Yates.

I'd retain the following:

Scott Quigley (If possible I'd put an offer on the table for him)
Chris Holroyd (Isn't in the best of form as of late, but he has been a pivotal player for us this season.
Paul Rutherford (Despite many of hear calling for him to be released, Paul has the most assist in the squad)
Jack Mackreth (We paid a fee for him in the summer, it has been a disappointing season for Jack. But we have seen what he is capable of, with the right manager and sufficient game time he could be a big player for us).
David Raven (Since coming in on loan he has been very consistent. A good squad player covering a no. of positions).

The following i'm 50 / 50:

Marcus Kelly (Has had some very good games this year, but equally some very bad ones. He has been our most creative player of late).
Chris Dunn (Some games has stopped us losing 3 or 4 nil. However, he has made too many errors in my eyes).
Mark Carrington (Good squad player, is it finally time to let him go?).
