Can we get out of our longterm lease with Glyndwr, if required?

My belief is that we need investment from FAW and/or Welsh Assembly to make it viable. But if we did have to leave it, where would we go? Even a new Deva-Max would not be cheap.
It would have to be a purpose built stadium, possibly Stansty side of the A483?

Wouldn't be as far to move the floodlights then...

Plus, realistically, what capacity would we need? I'd say maximum 20,000.

Is it even that though? Anyone who put their brain into gear could tell you that giving the job to someone who doesn't want the job is asking for trouble. Some basic errors being made, then being repeated, then not even being acknowledged and no one (as far as we know) being held to account.
If that was Geoff Moss there'd be a lynch mob after him. I'm not suggesting there should be a lynch mob by the way however what is clear is that with some fans apathy has well and truly set in.

Drastic budget cuts you say yet we had a 20 goal a season striker!

We don't pay rent - we own the leasehold on the property (slight difference) if we rent we have to maintain the property for the landlord, if we lease we effectively can do what we like with the property (as will be set out in the lease agreement). Any improvements we make to it would be reflected in the market value of the property when the lease comes up for renewal (as you will know if you only own the leasehold on your house, and not the freehold)

I am sure someone else can confirm, but my take was we pay an annual amount (£100k or £200k, not sure which) and are also responsible for its upkeep. I also think we need Glyndwr's permission to make any major changes.

Can someone please clarify.

That's my understanding.
The lease is set at £100k / annum and if we win the lottery we can pay it off in one go.
