I think they have decided on a system. A young coach working alongside Darlington.

Hopefully we can now develop a more attractive style of play.

Sorry folks your missing the point here, it's not just about how the team plays, it's about the whole philosophy of the club from the community aspect, the youth development and the ground.

Leinster is a poor comparison anyway as it is a regional club with vast support from said region and financial backing from IRFU. Everything feeds into them at the top of the food chain (apart from National team).
Totally different to us as a Club sorry.
