A crazy run followed by a Take the L celebration from Bike Mike.

Funny to watch, but really think he slightly injured himself doing this!

Sam didn’t take him off, so perhaps feigning the injury a little! If he was really hurt, Sam would of taken him off at 3-1 up against 10 men.

Onto the game itself and the verdict from me...

We were coasting at 2-0 and didn’t look in any danger. A superb hour of football from us. Greg then missed the easiest chance of the game to make it 3-0.

Ruthers pulled his hamstring soon after and we lost our hold on the game. Deverdics just doesn’t offer the same intensity as Ruthers, who was superb once again today.

Eastleigh didn’t deserve to be back in the match, but somehow were. Sloppy passing in the middle of the park gave Eastleigh the ball and some confidence.

Bike Mike calmed the nerves with a cool finish!

Sam came over to the fans and thanked every single one of his players which was great to see.

Just to finish, their No. 3 Green is a horrible man and it was great to wipe the smile off his face!

Superb start but we've done nothing yet. Got to keep winning.

After scoring, Mike celebrates with the team but then continues with his own individual ritual, going down on his knees and raising his arms, almost in prayer. Some referees will see this as time wasting. He was warned at Maidenhead but escaped a booking alas not so today. We need him and his goals so needs to be careful when celebrating his many future goals. We don't want him suspended.

Just let him do his ritual first then congratulate him as you all run back to the centre.

Problem solved

Summerfield looks a superb signing . Doesn’t do anything flash . Very hard worker .Two footed and keeps us ticking over . Clever footballer . Always available for the ball . He and Rutherford compliment each other so well .

Pike and JMD are both talented footballers but inconsistent probably due to their age . Pike needs a rocket up his rear at times and often gives the ball away carelessly . Both of them need to work a bit harder for the team .

A great start to the season . Summerfield is going to be so important to us and I can’t believe he is playing at this level .

The coaching staff have a full week now to work on it before he smashes his next one in v Bromley.

Their number 3 is Green which probably indicates his colour at the end of the game!
