Some things never change - sounds similar to the Chester 'followers' who spoilt the Gresford disaster minutes silence on TV. Also I can recall being at Everton back in the 80's whose fans were relentless in mocking the Manchester United fans over the Munich air disaster - sadly not everyone out there behaves with the dignity of Bobby Charlton.

Aberfan disaster occurred on 21 October 1966 - 116 children & 28 adults were killed - I was only about 5 at the time and it was massive news then and still is to this day.

There's no level that some people will sink to is there ?

Not worth it in respect of poorer attendance but don't think we lost out financially. £7000 equates to around 700 fans. When you consider it was the second game in the week the 400 fans we lost was made up by the TV money.
