Let’s try and see the positives in this in that we no long have an adjoining landowner we despise. Hopefully the uni will persevere with phase 2 and build behind the Kop which would facilitate phase 3 (the new stand).

All for looking at any positives, but these are seriously outweighed by the negatives. And to think some on here would replace fans-owned with an 'investor'. Incredible.
