Would have been a penalty and them down to 10...game over. Not sure if others noticed but just before the tunnel their #18 gave the ref a big hug and both laughing going off. Needless to say this didn't go down well with those spectators above the tunnel.
18 would be Porter. Horrible little twerp.

For me, the ref started off well but as he made his mistakes and received criticism from the crowd (correctly so) his ego took over. The look he gave the fans in the MRS when he was booed collecting the ball after the end of the match said it all. Smug, condescending, almost victorious. The two Bromley players (numbers 7 and 8) baiting the kids in the family section after the goal was bad enough, but for a ref to provoke the crowd in that way was outrageous and raises questions over his competence, even at tier 5.

As I said in a previous post one of the main problems is giving away cheap corners it was exactly the same in the Boreham Wood game. One thing the corner count proves is that we are often under pressure and the only way to alleviate such pressure is by giving away corners which in turn shows that Bromley were often on the front foot against us especially in the first half. They should have been 2 nil up as they missed a couple of easy headers. In my opinion they were worthy of a point despite the poor performance of the officials.

In total agreement with you we rode our look against Borehamwood & Bromley they both missed easy chances. I think a draw Saturday was probably a fair result but we still threw it away.

Well he was great compared to yesterdays. Now there was a ref with its all about me syndrome. Strangely enough it wasnt his fault either that we didnt win.
