Well if that is the case the board have been stupid putting that in his contract,ffs its his first job it was a gamble both ways.

No other clubs in recent years in the National League in our promising position have lost their manager during the season.

Did it happen to Tranmere and Macclesfield last season ? No

How many offers must have been made to Lincoln for the Cowleys in the last few years ?

Will it happen to Salford or Orient this season ? No

THese clubs have all ensured a degree of protection for their managers. Hopefully our Board have learnt from their mistakes with Keates and done likewise. If they havent done this and Ricketts is allowed to leave , we all need to start asking questions about where this is all going.
