For me, it would be staggeringly unprofessional to have someone in charge when it was pretty much confirmed he was leaving after the game. I think that would be the most negative atmosphere I’ve ever seen at the Racecourse!

Trust me I am as gutted as anyone this has happened twice this year when we've been going well but I am also trying to look at it objectively and get to the heart of what the club could realistically do to have stopped both or either occurrence and I am still yet to see any valid arguments from anyone.

I am no apologist for the board members and don't know any of them personally. I was very critical of their delay in sacking Mills at the time so I am happy to apportion blame where I think it's deserved but I can see no blame on the board/trust/club for this situation. I am sure you are just angry and frustrated as I am but it's not healthy to slag off the club without any argument as to what they could do differently. To be fair I know it's not just you who is doing that.

I agree 100% Ben. Also the decision to put tonight's game in the hands of Barrow and Jussi is spot on.

Yes absolutely and in my view it gives us a better chance of winning than had Sam attended, albeit I still can't see anything better than a draw sadly
