Quigley on loan was good at first (a la Fondop), but nothing special imho.
Mohammed came to us at the wrong time, the Club was a proper basket case at that time.

I'm not expecting us to sign all of them, it's frustrating seeing such talent on the doorstep going elsewhere and Wrexham's name is rarely mentioned when players are linked with bigger clubs. Something we were very good at in years gone by, but aren't anymore, we've seemingly carried things over from when being a basket case.
Some of those playing higher I'd have expected us to sign, some started out in league 2 and have climbed further. The trick to it is identifying the players before those higher up come calling, plus offering first team football potentially earlier than those higher up. Plus, if we build ourselves a good rapport, clubs will come to us to inform of such talents, like I've heard happens with Peterborough who give fair deals.
Those with potential to play a couple of leagues higher could command a decent fee, plus we've been very astute at inserting clauses that may benefit in future years, like the Ward deal.
This should be the culture of the club, regardless of who's managing or not Discover some of those talents every 3 years or so and we'd be far better off as a team and financially.
