Yes, Palace in 77 for me.Heartbroken, and you just knew that the Mansfield game a few days later was'nt going to go our way either !

A bad one was Eastwood away (first season down here?) in the Cup. I remember thinking - we could be non-league for a few seasons !! Four of us in the car coming home,the quietest journey home ever.

The postponed game vs MK Dons. As a skint student, I paid for the train from Liverpool only to get there and find out the pitch was frozen so had to make my way back on the designated cheap train I paid for.
