Hes a football club board member so not sure.

To get him off the WST board an EGM would have to be called to discuss. For that you need so many members to request it. Alan Fox is the guy someone needs to ask. He's the secretary I think.

who would you suggest we replace Spencer with? if your going to pay someone for what he does, thats probably 3 players wages gone out of the budget

We've wasted far more than 3 players' wages this year due to mismanagement.

How bad do things need to get before the status quo has to be changed ?

why is it a joke, 4 points off top, in the black, new training ground on way, secure long term lease, to me it was a joke when players weren't getting paid, the ground was being sold to pay off asset strippers, we were relegated from the league and our car park had student flats built on it

There's nothing bizarre about it. You need one person to nominate you and another to second it to stand. They'll have been trust members so he's nominated. If I ever wanted to put myself forward I'd ask family/friends to nominate/second me too.
