It's the awful 4-3-3 formation. Defensively sound but the front 3 doesn't work with the centre forward isolated. I would imagine Bryan wants to play 4-4-2 as of Flynnie's day but as the mess of a match against Barrow proved the players at his disposal can't play that way. If people want scapegoats blame Keates and Ricketts for playing that system and leaving.

Hats off to you for going, we sounded dreadfull on radio, dreadfull.
Hughes & co have royally fecked this up, changing players and tactics every game doesn't work.
Beavon must start for his work rate, oswell for his physical presence.
Utterly bewildered by hughes selections, no better than Barrow.
We the fans deserve better than this week in week out.

Been saying the same for months. Begs the question what do they do in training exactly? Someone name one forward player who you can honestly say has improved here this season or last?

The appointment of Flynn has had zero impact too.

If we were still under Ricketts we' d be 6 points better off, been dross since he left for most of the time.
our big players are not performing under hughes, clear to see.
