I personally would like to see the ownership model remain as fans owned, possibly part investment if the right one came along. But as we are right now, Possibly an individual or two non trust board member(s) on the club board who posses the right expertise, clear goals and responsibility which is visible to the fan base, with an succession plan in place.
The communication needs to significantly improve and be on a consistent basis from the club to the fans also.
Its little tweaks that are required, not a rip it up and start again mantra. If re positioned, I think we would be close to getting it right on and off the pitch.

I think that would be fine. £15k on the possibles seems reasonable. Peoples time is another matter.
Obviously if we had 3 lots of chancers that would go a long way to disproving the theory that there is a white knight out there.
I think whether it is little tweaks or rip it up and start again depends on the deal on the table.
