Picked & choose their games this season.
It should be entertainment, not a chore.

I agree with the sentiment but you can't just have a vote of no confidence in my opinion. A motion should propose change and put forward an alternative.
Examples of this could be
- Membership directly elect the board members
- WST board propose the board members and membership approve the decision ( i already put forward that motion two years ago)
- Introduction of fixed terms where you can only serve as a Director for 5 years
- There must be at least one directly elected fan on the board
etc
etc

A straight vote of no confidence would be like the Brexit vote, vote to leave with no idea of what happens next ensuring chaos takes over.

As mentioned above i have already tabled a motion to propose change and add greater democracy to proceedings, unfortunately the WST board spoke against it and the membership did not proceed with it. I do however want to see change and would support motions to do this
