However look at the basics of 433.
2 attacking FBs and a midfield that can pass the ball.
This allows the front 3 to press. Not a front 1 but 3.

It's one thing having a pop at the board, another to say their actions are killing the club. I stand by my argument. Some fans need to stop all the 'end of the club is nigh' claptrap, and do something about it if they feel so strongly.

Most of the comments I have read are about improving the football board and not mass revolution.

If the board dont listen then they will be surrounded by people with nothing to say. Thats poor management.
