Was at this game. 4 of us travelled up by car for 2 nights. Good weekend that was.

- Isn't that the trip where the poster Rexham's chair collapsed - He claimed it melted in the sun! Yeh sure.

Seem to remember they destroyed us that day - think it was Faulconbridge's 1st friendly.

Hope we give their fans a great reception - they looked after us up there.

The very same trip. Remember going to a nearby bowls club for a coupla pints before the game and scrambled over the wall after.

Remember their fans did treat us well, fair doo`s. Just don`t mention Kilmarnock!

Reason I mentioned the Killies is because for some reason, Ayr Utd fans hated them with a passion at the time.
