For me he is taking the opportunity to speak freely before departing the club in this transfer window.

A huge loss to the club both on and off the field if Pearson departs.

Don't see this at all. I agree with you but cant see him leaving.

Family is set up here, nice contract, knows the town well. Unless we actually Sold him then I don't think he will be going anywhere

This is either a bold or reckless statement by Pearson. It's also a bit woolly because it states there are issues but doesn't specify them.

I cannot imagine either the Board or Keates being too chuffed by the statement.

Interesting times!

Maybe he's not injured at all. Sounds like words have been said behind the scenes and he's decided to speak out. All speculation of course, time will tell.

Regardless of how he’s performed this season, Pearson is a model proffesional and he’s a very intelligent bloke too. With him coming out and pretty much publicly stating there’s a problem within the club then there’s something seriously wrong. Whatever it is, alarm bells should be ringing if they weren’t already. Who/whatever the problem is will know what he’s referring to in this interview, I can imagine they won’t be to happy with him at all. May well see him leave the club.

We have all been saying were is Pearson in the position we are in and now he comes out with this. The whole structure of the club needs to be looked at he says and that this season is about surviving, he goes on to say "then the real changes that are needed- not just playing-wise but changes within the football club-can hopefully happen and the gaffer will have that opportunity to do it properly in the summer.

Now that to me suggests, he supports the gaffer but no one else. As long as players get paid I don't think they care less who is on the board but in coaching wise they do, so, to me its Darlington and Davies.

It’s because the entire shabby model has fallen on its arse, fans and players are fed up of something!

The wst have killed the club, year after year from 2012-2013 we have been terrible, while 3-400 people have dictated voting for the direction of the football club to where we are now.

Wrong person leaving it should be the board, can you trust the club for an adequate replacement at this stage.

Maybe this is Pearson’s last ditch attack before leaving anyway to force through a move.

Its a swipe at the model of ownership

Playing staff never seem to warm to the model, now everyone can see its a busted flush
