I agree about Clarke he was average at best another Rutherford ran a lot.

It's the sorry state we're in when people look back at him like he was a superstar.
As for Hunt he was better than Jennings not that it's much to compare against.

This applies to Jennings and most of the squad but they would all be playing much better if they had a true manager in charge of them.

Keates is a dead man walking here. The fans don't want or like him and the players aren't really playing for him. There's only ever one outcome when it gets like that. It may not happen soon but its inevitable.

Remember when we had Keates, Harris and Fowler? That's the kind of standard required and our midfield is miles and miles off that. Unless we get that kind of quality back you can forget promotion.

Akil Wright is similar ability wise to Clarke. And he’s not good enough and isn’t a first choice even in this team.
It’s weak links like Clarke and hunt that have cost us promotion. Along with selling the likes of fowler to Fleetwood.
