It’s weak links like Clarke and hunt that have cost us promotion. Along with selling the likes of fowler to Fleetwood.
The same Hunt who was top scorer when played out of position and went on to play in the FL?

That really wasn’t difficult when we had a lamp post as our main striker in that team.

The same hunt that would spend 30 mins at a time not touching the ball. It really does amaze me he’s played in the football league.

Joe Clarke wasn't a particularly good player but he did have one purple patch when he was about the only player in the squad playing well, in Morrells last season.

Keates is a dead man walking here. The fans don't want or like him and the players aren't really playing for him. There's only ever one outcome when it gets like that. It may not happen soon but its inevitable.
The only thing to delay the inevitable is the board not wanting to admit to making yet another in their long list of managerial disasters

Relegation is looming, a new face is needed to try and lift the players.

I see it now as the boards mistakes have cost money overall which to them doesn’t affect their own pockets, that’s why nobody is learning but continuing the same mistakes.

If a board vote took place over Hughes, how long is too long with Keates the dithering costs more in the long run but also being ruthless can cause similar damage.

The poor appointments, pay offs and apparently managers walking out for the peanuts offered in wages if the board added up every sacking payoff they could of just made a quality appointment. Buy cheap and you buy twice or in this boards case 5 in two years was it!

Fair to say most people want ‘real change’.
And with this being a fans owned club I guess those changes are made on a democratic basis at the AGM.
So with that in mind it would be great if we could have a pinned thread that explains the process. I don’t quite understand it myself, reading rp it sounds like firstly you must be a wst member before end February to enable you to vote at agm in May. I’m lost with how the resolutions work, can we vote people off the board? change rules? I’m thinking just a factual explanation of the process pinned would be perfect, rather than a thread that turns into a massive free for all. Is that possible, and could someone help with that?

He never hid but was probably technically more conference north. Genuinely liked the bloke and remember a screamer he scored but age prevents me from recalling the opposition

He was good in the 12-13 season, our best player in the playoff final too as I recall.
