Ricketts would have no way back. Just like keates shouldn’t have.

I do think had Ricketts stayed, we would have gone up. He had the right blend of players and options on the field. It’s a shame it ended how it did.

The Bryan Hughes appointment was a complete disaster and is a complete mystery to everyone other than those that made the decision. The Barrow appointment was another huge mistake - a decent number two but no way a manager.

Keates was worse than Ricketts. Ricketts didn’t owe us anything and was forced out in the end. Keates owed us a lot and knew how much it all meant to fans

I thought Fowler spoke very well today and was in some ways a breath of fresh air..Not afraid to sit on the fence and spoke with good knowledge of set up and players. Goes without saying he was bit of class when playing for us..Really enjoyed watching him pick up the ball deep and distribute all over
