Think the National League put a statement out yesterday - stating all National League games would go ahead this weekend - however in view of the EFL statement you would think that could change rapidly.

Would make little sense to postpone all other leagues and we continue as though we are immune at our level. A big match crowd at Notts County allowed to go ahead whilst other smaller crowds in a higher league are PP - makes the decision makers look farcical.

Got tickets for Barrow - but would be happy for match to be PP. The thought of going all that way and standing on an open terrace with forecast rain is never ever appealing at any time.

However where will it end ? can someone explain when the supermarkets and pubs will close or is attending a football stadia in the open air deemed non essential ?

National League Board meeting urgently being held within the next hour - source BBC.

Totally expecting National League fixtures to be cancelled for tomorrow now - they are backed into a corner and will have no option in view of the EFL decision - must follow suit.

I will reserve judgement on this until I see our result tomorrow.

Is it likely that football fans, normally attending their own teams games, will flock to non league games instead?

Can’t see how it will resume in April, or May. We’re not even in the lock down phase yet.

And yet the biggest attendance in the UK will happen tomorrow, Rugby fans must be made of tougher stuff.
