The longer they can hang onto your money the better it is for them - more people will give up or so they hope - others will forget - all the time your money sits in their account and not yours.

And ultimately the hope will be that as few people as possible claim the refund - a matter of timing - some people will think that the recent signings are not so bad after all and will forfeit their rightful claim.

Do the right think WFC - give back the monies people are rightfully entitled to - nothing more and nothing else - and retain some credibility and respect - if you can trade and sell club merchandise you can provide refunds.

What happed to the Barrow match & travel tickets ? an updated was promised weeks ago but nothing followed.

Are you suggesting that they are deliberately intending not to refund those who have indicated that they wish to be refunded ? This is quite a serious allegation. If someone has NOT indicated their preference then that is ,for me, a different matter.

Ask yourself why they haven't refunded anyone yet ?

Ask yourself why they don't even bother to inform the fanbase what they are doing about it and when it will happen.

There should have been a clear message sent out weeks ago.

No serious allegations - the simple truth - how long ago was the Barrow match ?

Can you blame some people for considering turning to the small claims court - they are clearly entitled to a refund but it's no use saying people will get one and doing nothing week after week.

I agree that communication should be better and i never said i blamed anyone for going to the small claims court. The delay is too long but these are strange times and it took me 5 months to get a refund from Ryanair which does not make it right but indicates the issues organisations are facing. I suspect we may well need the cash injection from ticket sales to balance the books - but again this should be communicated. I simply hope and believe that they have no intention of not paying people and hoping they will give up.

The cash injection will be the claiming back of vat for the vast majority of season tickets holders who did not ask for a refund.

Sorry Moyn, but WST have said there was approaching £350k in the bank at the same they said they would be processing the refunds.
As for the Barrow game, the lack of any action there is terrible.
