Look in at the streams there have been a few people dotted around the game stand directors box and corporate areas which I suspect is Board members still getting to watch the team while the rest of us are locked out. But we are all in this together remember....

The Board were positive about the takeover offer in the original SGM with Spencer talking positively about it on the news.Given Lindsay not a Board member strictly speaking there are not many seemingly sceptics there.

Can anyone enlighten me regarding the minutes. They state that there is an estimate up to £35,000 to cover WST costs. ????? What is that in the process?

Some solicitor costs clearly but would not expect to exceed 7.5k-10k.

I have not read this whole thread BUT,

Following a meeting of the WST what is considered a 'reasonable' period of time from completion of the meeting to the publication of the minutes - and is this widely accepted ?

We are heading for November yet still talking about minutes from meetings to months old.

My view is that, unless exceptional circumstances dictate then meeting minutes should be recorded and released within 2 days of the meeting.

If there is no set time limit then this needs rectifying and publishing to members.

Sorry to say that yet again this is another failure of our club - we need hard & fast rules and we need people to stick to them in order to acquire some credibility amongst the fanbase - simply why do meeting minutes take a time period in excess of 2 months to publish to the members ?

RP posters should probably take a little of the blame for the lateness of the minutes. Since we know they don't get put up until there's a thread here asking for them, we should start threads on them quicker!
