Being a democrat I have no problem at all with that. I can still moan about things I believe to be unfair though.

I don't think the political landscape will change as much as you make out. We may get more powers in Wales but I don't personally believe it will resemble home rule.

At the moment Westminister government is giving ad-hoc tranches every month.

My point was whenever money is received some always seems to find its way to Cardiff airport.

Wrexham council had a direct hand in creating this formula. Our council leader is on the WGLA body.

What is absolutely crazy is that even though they helped devise it, Wrexham council don't play to the formula. For instance, pupils in schools. I don';t have the figures anymore, but five years ago, the council passively let over 1,000 Wrexham based kids be taught outside of the county.

Last week England retail and Hospitality got a rates holiday until June of this, Welsh retail and hospitality got a rates holiday until April of next year. That's saved the football club £25,000 in costs or 75% less than if the same property was in england. Today it will able to apply for another hospitality grant (first day it opened.) and will be entitled to another grant on the 12th..

Biut if i wanted to be pedantic, I'd say an 800th would not be a significant proof of your hypothesis in any form of statistics

You obviously live in South Wales and talk the same.e tripe we hear from Plaid Cymru. You ca hope as much as you want about Welsh independent but it wont happen so live with it !

Where in my post did I mention independence,if you bothered to read properly I said Not Independence,but home rule the same as the different regions in your beloved England will rule themselves the same way as is done in Germany.
