Not a betting man but in the last election they didn't win a majority and are only in power due to two people being bought off with ministry jobs and one of those is the health .minister the other being a Plaid Cymru turncoat.

I do recall a succession of PM's spending money on Downing St - Including Labours Blair where Cherrie forked out 130,000 on a refit. They are all at it.
