Best not. Hopefully we'll now see a vast improvement as R&R get to grips with the 'uncut diamond' they are now responsible for. They should be very good custodians of our great club, and ensure it gets back to where we all want it to be.

But we all have to play our part, once the COVID restrictions are lifted.

I would rather the lease were in a trust, the council will just sell it.

So if the committee cannot act as a quorum and it becomes unlikely that they will do so as more resign AND they have to have the requisite numbers to call an AGM before members can act on the lease , we are truly between a rock and a hard place.

it could have been a different story a success story had the trust not decided that it was their own personal club and not the fans club ownership, the name trust leaves a lot to be desired.

My understanding is that the trust board can appoint an independent secretary.
They do not have to be Quorate to do that.
To comply with the rules of the trust, The Secretary will give notice of the AGM and request interested members to put themselves forward for election, together with any of the board that has served 3 years.

Based on the proposals received in the recent consultation of members ,a newly constituted board should then address the issue of the future direction of the trust and it's purpose and put the proposals to the members.
